Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is an air purification device used in cleanrooms, clean booths, and other dust-free environments.

It integrates a fan and a HEPA/ULPA filter to provide uniform laminar airflow, effectively removing particles and ensuring a stable cleanliness level from ISO Class 4 to ISO Class 9.
