Product Description




A clean room is an environment where products can be produced and manufactured in an environment where the air cleanliness reaches a specified level, an environment we call a clean room. Its function is to control the pollution of particles (dust particles) to meet the production of precision products and scientific experimental activities. Clean room is never limited to "clean", different industries and sectors have considerable requirements for temperature, humidity, lighting, noise, static electricity, multi-functional integrated whole, is relatively isolated from the atmosphere of the closed decoration and purification control (internal generally maintain positive pressure state).


Modularity allows a unit operation or process to be completed independently in a modular cleanroom and easily replicated to increase capacity. Modular cleanrooms are designed, built, and assembled to meet GMP requirements.

The concept of mobility means that the cleanroom can be moved to another location in the cleanroom or even relocated to a new facility without rebuilding the cleanroom itself, or that individual modules that need to be modified can be moved out of the production area without affecting the production of the other modules. Of course the cleanroom confirmation has to be redone.
