Fan filter unit(FFU) is a motorized air filtering equipment, used to supply HEPA purified air to cleanrooms, laboratories, cleanroom equipment, medical facilities or microenvironments by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air to meet the requirement of the cleanliness in industries or workshop.
