Moblie Laminar Air Flow is a vertical laminar flow equipment that provide a local ISO 5 dust-free and sterile environment. The LAF can create an ISO Class 5 or better air quality environment for sterile compounding by forming unidirectional HEPA-fliter airflow. The LAF is widely used in industries that require a clean environment to ensure production quality, such as pharmaceuticals,cosmetics,and food.The LAF can create a Class A area in Class B or Class C classified area. Compared with directly building a Class A clean room, it is more flexible,faster and economical.
Mobile Castor-type Laminar Air Flow :It is easy to move because its wheels, and suitable for electronics and other industries.
Mobile Hanging-Type Laminar Air Flow :It can change the class B or class C to class A by hanging the lug above the working area in local area, and suitable for pharnaceutical and other industries.

1.Control Panel
Placed in front of the LAF for turn on/off,speed control,LED light on/off and UV lamp on/off.
2.Homogeneous Flow Film with Light
Ultra-filtered clean air generated under homogeneous flow film which forms parallel flow pattern and homogeneous output, expelling particles to the outside.Inserted LED light over 300 Lux,good looking and practical for use.
3.DOP Test Port
Easy for leakage test,ensuring sealing performance and product quality.
4.Inserted High Quality Fan
Backward centrifugal fan with compact structure,reliable,energe-saving and low noise operation.
5.Built-in Gel-sealed H14 Filter
Gel-sealed H14 Filter with high efficiency of 993995%@0.3μm and high sealing performance(EN1882-1:2009),easily creating ISO 5 laminar flow clean area (EN ISO 14644-1)
6.Pressure Glauge
Pressure glauge in Dwyer brand that accurately displays the air pressure.
7.G4 Filter
G4 filter made of non-woven cloth with efficiency of 95%@5μm,washable and recyclable,ensuring two-step filtration of LAF.

1.Homogeneous Flow Film
Homogeneous flow film or microperforated diffuser can be selected for installing at the botton.
2.Strip Curtains
Transparent strip curtains can be used to enclose the LAFS to provide easy access and excellent process visibility.
3.Castors(castor-type)
Castors with brakes, easy to move and height slightly adjustable(+30mm).
4.Lug(hanging-type)
Steel lugs with high strenght,easy and flexible for installation.
5.Cutomized Size and Material
Size: customized as per customer demands(w2400*d1200mm or smaller is recommended)
