Description
Dynamic pass box acts like a laminar flow unit. Clean air enters the pass box and blocks the contaminants to enter. It consists of interlocked doors on both sides and thus prevents the machine environment from getting polluted. The pass box machine consists of Re-circulated filtration system and is designed according to GMP guidelines.
As a dynamic pass box manufacturer, we Airkey consider the requirement and manufactures with the pass box that helps in prevention of contaminants in a cleanroom or other areas. The dynamic pass box can be specified as a cubicle box fitted between two classified areas or material passing with HEPA filtered air. On both the sides of the dynamic box, there are interlocked doors present that prevents from getting air contaminated. With the help of the magnetic lock, the door gets open and close when the button is been pressed. Dynamic passbox contains a UV light, that determines the closing and opening of doors. When the UV light is ON that means door is closed otherwise when it is OFF then the door is open.

Functions
It is a rectangular compartment and it has two doors at its extreme.
The doors have a glass viewing window so that the material kept for transfer can be seen.
One door opens in the cleanroom and the other one opens in the other room.
Both the doors are electrically interlocked type, hence it only allows one door to be opened at a time.
It restricts the direct air flow between the cleanroom to the other room.
It also reduces the need for opening the cleanroom door frequently for transferring the material.
It helps in fulfilling the aim of transferring the material without compromising the level of cleanliness in the cleanroom.
