Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a motorized air filtering equipment, used to supply HEPA purified air to cleanrooms, laboratories, cleanroom equipment, medical facilities or microenviroments by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air.The units are usually installed within the system`s ceiling or floorgrid.

FFUs are widely applied in clean room including modular clean rooms as well as clean benches.
