The air shower is a type of purification device commonly used for people or goods to enter and exit the clean room. It can effectively blow away dust particles on the surface of people or goods, preventing people or goods from bringing dust sources into the clean area.

In the meanwhile, with electronically interlocked doors, the air shower acts as an airlock room or buffer zone between the clean area and the non-clean area, keeping the air pressure in the clean room stable and prevent potential contamination by HEPA-filtered air.

1 . Flexible Nozzles:

 

Whenever the shower cycle commences, pressurized air streams from adjustable nozzles at a velocity of up to 20-25m/s. Air shower nozzles ensure the necessary efficient scrubbing action to remove particulate matter. Air shower nozzles are arranged on the walls and ceilings in a uniform pattern to ensure effective distribution of filtered air.

 

2. Electromagnetic interlocking doors

 

Air shower interlocking doors prevent unnecessary contamination inflow and thereby prevent cross-contamination of the cleanroom and the Air Shower. They automatically release in the event of a power failure or at the press of the emergency stop button to ensure operator safety. LED lighting, built into the ceiling to allow unimpeded air circulation, ensures full visibility no matter what size or configuration you select.

 

3. Integrated touch screen control panel

Each air shower room includes a solid-state microprocessor panel (located at the front door) to control the duration of the shower cycle and the delay time for entry/exit, thereby enhancing convenience and safety. It also includes an operating time function to help you set and maintain a filter replacement plan according to maintenance protocols. The air shower room control system includes complete microprocessor diagnostic functions, covering the operation of the blower, door switch, and door lock
